Alfa Acciai has achieved Gender Equality Certification in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022, at the end of a cultural and organizational journey involving people, communities, and institutions.

This recognition is part of a broader vision of social responsibility that for over 70 years has guided the company in promoting equality and non-discrimination, fostering employment and professional growth in the territories in which it operates.

In a sector historically dominated by men, such as the steel industry, Alfa Acciai has strengthened policies and concrete actions aimed at gender equality and women’s empowerment, acting on recruitment processes, pay equity, professional development, parenthood support, and the prevention of discrimination.

The certification does not represent a formal milestone, but rather the validation of a values-driven path that places people at the center.
