Sustainability report
The Sustainability Report is the main reporting tool used by companies to communicate, with transparency and according to internationally recognised methods, the objectives, performance and strategies adopted in relation to ESG issues.
It gives an annual account of the interventions, investments and initiatives undertaken in the field of corporate sustainability, organising the activities around the three main characterising axes: environment, social and governance.
Edited in accordance with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) international standards, the Sustainability Report was published for the first time on a voluntary basis in 2020. Until 2023, the reporting scope included the data and performance of all the Group operative companies: Alfa Acciai, Acciaieria di Sicilia, Alfa Derivati, Ferroberica and Tecnofil.
Siderurgica Investimenti Holding has just released its first Sustainability Report 2024, thus extending the reporting scope to all Group companies: a milestone towards alignment with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) guidelines.
